薩洛尼卡艾德帝國皇宮酒店 (Imperial Palace Classical Hotel Thessaloniki)

호텔의 위치도 좋고 친절하고 아침도 맛났으나 주차장이 없어서 근처에 14유로를 주고 안전하게 맡김. 4인가족이 가서 한방에서 잘수 있어 좋았다. 다음에 또 사용하고 싶다.

화장실 욕조 세면대가 오래되었으나 조식이 넘 좋아서 좋은점수 드립니다 위치는 광장과 올드시티를 걸어다니기에 괜찮은 위치입니다 여기서 즐거운 크리스마스를 보냈습니다

Location is great, and its not noisy. My room was lovely, with a balcony, and i loved the painting on the ceiling. The service was great too.

Wir haben ein Zimmer im Hinterhof bekommen. Das wurde bei der Buchung nicht klar. Das Zimmer ist nicht gut Schall-ìsoliert. Wir hätten lieber ein Zimmer zur Straße hinaus gehabt.

Abundant breakfast. Room was very quiet and clean. Shower was hot and strong.

在市中心，停車極其困難，還要15歐一晚，很不方便。房間很小，床是靠牆那種，我們是放假住，死貴，性價比極低。

Good location. Rooms are a bit old but clean overall. Very good breakfast

Very noisy at lower floor facing street even when all windows are closed, no cooling air con, only heater, which makes the room stifling without any fan option. asked reception but the guy called Constantino or something rudely replied no change can be made, nor any refund, the reception guy, after advertently making me wait in front of the reception desk by handling those queuing at the back, says ‘Only 1% 訂房網站.com will contact them asking for cancellation, even so we will not accept it’. ‘ and if I opt for change in room, they demand double charges, not the discrepancy…’ he made their own record in being impolite and unhelpful. And they kept their words, despite 訂房網站.com being helpful in asking, they or ‘he’ declined disrespectfully, with some unknown language spoken in their language. Very disrespectful and disappointing. Ended up checked out and paid and booked another hotel nearby which is miles better. 訂房網站 service is nice though. Worse ever experience at that old hotel, mainly attitude issue, secondly, they put me to the worst room in terms of noise at the start, while other guests whom I asked were allowed higher level rooms without much noise. What else can one say about this place?
